Law 1966
NBA Commissioner
A true visionary in the world of sports, David Stern has now served as commissioner of the National Basketball Association for the past twenty years. During that time, he has transformed professional basketball into America's, and indeed the world's, premier pastime. A true leader, he took a troubled league and made it a thriving sports and entertainment concern. As a public citizen, Stern presently serves as chairman of Columbia Board of Trustees as well as other charitable boards.
